We provide foundation engineering services for all structures, from single sign posts, to shoring walls, to large industrial structures. We can review existing designs, or create and draft designs from scratch.
Here are a few examples of what we do best:
Dynamic Equipment: We use industry recognized methods to predict foundation and structural response to the vibrations caused by centrifugal and reciprocating equipment to optimize foundation designs to reduce vibrations to an acceptable level.
Retrofits for Out-of-Tolerance Piles: We can evaluate the impact of misplaced foundation elements and provide low-cost solutions to ensure that the structure performs as intended. Evaluate existing foundations to determine if they are capable of carrying additional or changed loads due to modifications in use.
Unusually Loaded Piles: We can evaluate and engineer piles subjected to any unusual loading conditions and ensure they can withstand the loads applied to them, including high bending moments (sign posts and high-mast pole foundations), uplift (guy wires and tension anchors), and frost jacking.
Drilled Shaft Engineering: We produce engineered designs for straight shaft, belled, CFA, and micropiles.
Driven Pile Engineering: We produce engineered designs for driven pile systems of all types, and can produce inspectors charts and perform driveability analyses.
